Hello, I have noticed an issue in iOS 18 where UIApplication.willResignActiveNotification and UIApplication.didBecomeActiveNotification are no longer triggered when the Siri setup screen is presented or dismissed. This behavior was working as expected in iOS 17 and earlier. This change impacts the logic in our app that relies on detecting app activation and deactivation to perform critical tasks.
