Walkie-talkie not working

I'm running watchOS 6 beta 4 and the walkie-talkie app is not working. I just keep get connect failed errors.

ECG app in Canada

The ECG app was finally released here in Canada with iOS 12.4 and watchOS 5.3 yesterday. It is not currently available with watchOS 6 beta 4. Do you think it will be released in beta 5?

Auto Dark Mode not working

After upgrading my iPhone X to iOS 13 beta3, it no longer switches Appearance Dark Until Sunrise automatically when sunset occurs. It did so in beta 2 and beta1.
