Reply to Problems transferring the account holder role
We have the same issue, exactly as described. We tried other suggestions on this forum, but without success. We tried: access with incognito browser, or another browser access with ad blocker disabled (they said that the new agreement would appear in a pop-up, and might be blocked) removed all old test devices on the account (I don't see any connection, but who knows) add the "accepting" user to new team, in order to be able to "switch" the team from top right corner, that would trigger the accepting agreement display Nothing worked. We also opened a ticket at Apple but we got no reply. We found no way to directly call some real person on developer support in our country. If the initial user who reported this managed to solve the issue, I would kindly ask to update the thread. Thank you
