Same problem after upgrading to iOS 17.4.1 with an iPhone 11 Pro.
I am using Xcode 15.3 on a Apple M1 mini. Before the iOS mobile upgrade, building with Xcode 15.3 was working.

I have a very similar issue (same error messages) without MobPub framework on iPhone 11 PRO (iOS 14.5) in a cordova app.
