After updating to macOS 15.0 Beta and Xcode 16.0 beta 4, I can’t debug apps on my iPhone. Even though Developer Mode is enabled, Xcode says it’s disabled. I’ve tried updating iOS, reinstalling Xcode, changing cables, and rebooting devices, but nothing works. This could be a beta bug, so check release notes and report it. Make sure all profiles are updated and consider downgrading to stable versions if possible.

I've found two workarounds for Xcode 16.0 beta issues. You can temporarily load your project in Xcode 16.0 beta 2 to add the frame to the target, then switch back to Xcode 16.0 beta 4. For local Swift packages in Xcode 16.0 beta 4, add the package at the project level using the UI for remote packages, select the local package option, add it to a specific target, then remove the package from the project. The local package will remain associated with the target. For more details, refer to this guide on managing packages in Xcode.

It seems like the functionality was working in Xcode 16 beta 2 and has regressed in betas 3 and 4. This issue can be quite disruptive, and I'd greatly appreciate it if you could file a bug report.
Please be specific when filing; it would also be helpful if the report included information about the project type, frameworks used, etc.
Once you open the bug report, please post the FB number here for my reference.

I've been facing crashes when distributing or validating archives on my MacBook Pro 2020 (Intel) with Xcode 14.5-16 (Beta). Are other Intel MacBook users experiencing this, and is there a fix without downgrading?
I upgraded to Xcode 16.0 beta 4 (16A5211f) and I'm encountering the same problem.
