I'm an American living in Taiwan. The credit card I originally used to pay for my Developer Program Membership is American, which has expired, and now I want to use my Taiwanese card. However, when I go to change my region, it's saying that the page is unavailable because I'm no longer a paid member...pretty frustrating.
How do I get myself out of this?
