$99 developer

All I want to do is write small programs for my own use. I do not want to sell anything on the App Store. If I pay the $99 developer fee and I do this. Can I create stand alone programs for my own use? Or should I stick with Xojo. I created programs with Realbasic years ago and need to re-write them in 64 bit code for Catalina and would like to do it with Apple.Thank YouDennis

$99 developer package

All I want to do is re-write programs that I wrote in Realbasic years ago, so that I can get them to 64 bit code. I do not want to sell anything that I write on the App Store.
