I am using Final Cut Pro X and when I added my external memory card to import files - it did not show up in the Finder. I removed it and received an alert it wasn't ejected properly. I put it in again and had to double click on it from the desktop in order for FCPX to recognize it.
After I was done, when I went to delete the files from the memory card, there is no double-click menu option to move files to trash from the Finder or from the desktop.
