Thank you, I upgraded iOS from 17.5.1 to 17.7 when I opened the settings, and it seemed to resolve the issue. Then I upgraded to iOS 18.0 for a cleaner system. Now, I can delete apps, open settings, and connect to the computer for backups without problems. Before, the phone would have crashed when connected to the computer with Finder open. I hope I don't encounter this issue again.

Can I trust this iCloud backup? My phone’s system is unstable, so I’m worried that the backup might not be working correctly. May the data on the cloud be corrupted state?
Should I try the iCloud backup on another phone before resetting my current one? I’m worried about potentially losing my data or backup.
Could you please escalate the priority of this feedback ticket, FB15148112 ?
Thank you for your advice.
Thank you for your assistance.
After restarting my phone, I sometimes can open the Settings app. However, when I connect the phone to my computer to back up, the device crashes if I try to access the device tab in Finder. I created a backup to iCloud from today when I opened the settings.
