i'm working on a watch app also and have the time out issue to. i have turned it to 70 seconds also, but it still times out very quickly ( rebooted the watch also). i know there is a solution because other apps on my watch, don't time out ( eg blood oxygen app). good news, there is a solution ( i just have to find it
