No such problem with M1 Max Monterey 12.6.1. I'm switching locales without a problem. Running iOS 16.1 via simulator.

Not entirely true. I couldn't find any team that has status expired so I can't leave the team according to your message. Also I wasn't able to use appspecific pass in order to sign into xcode app with the appleid account.
When I sign in into xcode, which I can I run some build and after a minute or so it just sings me off again and I have to sign back in. I can see that in the Xcode app. Im in the spot since the xcode app constantly changes account state in the xcode preference to 'please sign'.
Yeah. Experienced that also yesterday. Xcode 13.0, monterey 12.3.
