Can't download Xcode after installing Mojave

Installed Mojave. Tried to update Xcode. App Store wanted a password. Nothing I tried worked. Tried to change password. App Store asked for start up password. Entered it. After a long wait I got the login window again with "An unknown error occorred" message. Tried to change password again and experience the same sequence.

How to add a help book to a macOS app using Xcode 10.3

Some comments on the web say don't add a .help suffix. Is that so?All the existing documentation and comments appear to be out of date. So, how to do it with xcode 10.3?Thanks

Any progress to report on the re-write of wkWebView for 10.15?

For some of us this issue is pressing and hugely important.Is it still scheduled for the release of 10.15?Is there a beta?Most important of all, will the macos version have a NSScrollView, NSClipView, and NSDocumentView?Thanks
