The issue got resolved for me, when I created a "Payment Processing Certificate" for the corresponding merchantID

I was able to fix the issue. It's odd, but the issue got resolved when I created a "Payment Processing Certificate" for the merchantID

@meaton3@apple.com I didn't verify the domain as this is an existing applepay set up. The issue started after our certs expired and we renewed our certs. And this happens only for two of the 5 merchant IDs we have. Do you suggest registering domains for existing setups again?
One thing I've observed is that the two merchantsIDs which have issue are the ones with no "Payment Processing Certificate". I feel like that shouldn't be an issue for startSession calls, but that's the only difference I see. Could that be it?
