No problem- and thank you for your time. I select the enrol button and sign up my details. The next step is for me to accept the Terms provided by Apple. As soon as i accept and click next, the error message comes up and I can not continue. At this point I have not paid for the service. I hope this is clearer. From my own research I am starting to think it has something to do with my trusted phone number and my selected region not matching. Although this is a challenge as I cannot travel due to covid restrictions. It would just be nice to know the issue so I can fix it. It seems I am not the only one this happens to and solutions are hard to find on this issue.
