ERROR: You must first sign the relevant contracts online. (1048)
just wanted to share my experience that this error had nothing whatsoever to do with contracts needing to be signed, but was instead thrown during notarization due (apparently) to intermittent network connectivity issues, exacerbated by being on a VPN. subsequent attempts failed with a different error:
Error: Apple Services operation failed. Could not find the RequestUUID.
it wasn't until i left the VPN that i got consistent notarization success again.
