I am trieing to connect to a site I have host permissions on from a browser page. This causes the same error. Is this by design, a bug, or can it be worked around?

For me this happens, even when opening the page manual. safari-web-extension://6E5A7D9D-1C6E-4DC5-BFA3-E7AD5C9FEE53/testpage.html When pasting this URL in the address bar, the service worker crashes as well. Is Apple working on this, or is there a workaround?

Still having other issues causing a crash. Any clues on how to troubleshoot?

I had a problem in my manifest.json, while porting I changed my manifest permission from contextMenus to context, this should be menus.
