Same happened to me, on Apple Watch Series 7. It happened on Explorer, Modular, Infograph, GMT.
I submitted the bug via Feedback Assistant with this ID: FB11582330.
I can also confirm that it seems a little sluggish, especially in the watch faces, which sometimes even become unresponsive.
