Hi! I would like to know if Apple devices will ever be able to be used as generic class compliant USB midi devices. This is useful as it would allow to use all these excellent Midi controller apps on the store with any USB host device, regardless of OS, via USB. Android devices can do this since about 2016, but unfortunately Apple devices are lagging behind here, even if they are otherwise superior for music applications. If this could be implemented in one of the future OS versions, it would make a huge difference to lots of professional and hobby producers. Thx!
