App Review Information - Sign-In(Apple Signin)

Hello everyone, I am developing an app for the app store and my app uses apple signin. When I send the app to Apple, it asks for a signin information. I'm not sure what to do about this. I'm not sure how I can create a signin information to log in with Apple and send it to Apple. Has anyone used only apple signin in their app before, can you help me with this issue?

Cloudkit Public Database Storage

I only used cloudkit private database in my application but the telemetry data shows 244 bytes of public database storage used. When I check my container I don't see any public stored data. I don't understand why this is happening. Can anyone help me?
