Hey guys, I tried the following and it worked with Parallels Desktop 14:
First: Open de dmg file so that the installer is mounted
then
export SYSTEM_VERSION_COMPAT=1
and finally
3. open -a '/Volumes/Parallels Desktop 14/Install.app'
