I also filed feedback. Apple requested a sysdiagnose log. I sent the sysdiagnose log on March 24th. Feedback ID is FB12077327

I just checked the web version of Feedback and it looks like there is an upload form in the Apple request message. I originally used the Feedback MacOS application to submit the logs and I did so as a reply message as there is no upload form in the desktop app. Could this be the reason I havent heard back? Either way I just used the upload form on the web version of Feedback to upload the logs to see if I that will get a quicker response.
In addition for my issue, TestFlight crashes when installing on iPhone SE OS 16.3.1 even without watch install selected. Testflight also crashes on iPhone 14+ OS 16.3.1 without watch install selected. TestFlight installs worked fine on both phones with or without watch app install before both phone were updated to 16.3.1. The app still installs and works even though TestFlight crashes on the install but the watch app never installs.
