I am waiting for more than a month, and made a lot of call to Apple Support. Until now My status is pending... Because of this, my project delay a month. They don't give any compensation. The customer service is terrible. They don't why and cannot solve any problem. Just tell you wait. Don't expect too much. It's a awful customer experience.
