I just noticed that if I run WiFi and a Wired Ethernet connection, I can get the app to perform normally. Something you might want to give a try

installing beta 5. will report back if the issue improves with the new version.
So far, no issues with Teams after using on beta 5. Fingers crossed.
Sooo, Teams is working with Beta 5 no issues. Outlook on the other hand has stopped working completely. :-/
