What phone number did you call? I am only given an option to write an email (I wrote 3 emails and they haven't responded to any of them for more than 10 days now).

My problem appeared within 24 hours of uploading 'iOS app v3' onto the App Store Connect. Do you have maybe similar experience?
And I can still access my Apple Developer Account via App Store Connect, Apple Developer, TestFlight apps on my iOS. I just can't access it on the web to create new macOS certificates or make the old ones work.
