No luck so far. Seems like the L2TP plugin itself has some kind of bug. Can't figure out what bug though. Tried to replace one with another from macOS 10.10. That is not a permanent solution — works for a couple of minutes then crashes. So, I guess, we have to wait for solution from Apple.
