Do you confirm there's no way to remove these 2 items from the CPU type Intel list ?

I understand what you are saying, but I don't necessarily agree. I've been known to reboot and have the problem within minutes.
So far, since the manipulation of my link just above, it has not done it to me in 48 hours.
That being said, I've had the problem for more than a week and ... it was still there ... So, I'm very clear: I'm not claiming victory at all.
What a shame for Apple to let us buy machines at this price and not be serene when we want to listen to something from our MacBook... it literally makes me sick!
Did you notice the problem directly after your clean install ? Or after installing all your software?
when I went to the genius bar, the guy offered me to do a relocation.
I asked him if there was a difference with a reinstallation as I could do it at home by myself! He told me that the reset in genius bar was deeper and that he was starting from a factory install which would be different from what we could do.
Maybe he was bullshitting me, maybe not...
I didn't have the heart to go through the whole reconfiguration of my MacBook Pro 16 M1 ... I left without doing anything ...
I didn't do anything special. It's been 4 days since I had the problem!
To answer the last question: on my side I have the problem on a m1 machine bought new and for which I reinstalled everything from scratch.
I have the impression that I don't have the problem on the other sessions I have on my computer (but to be honest I don't spend enough time on them to be totally sure).
