I was able to hotspot to an android device no issue.
but windows laptop or desktop no luck.

see my list from a while back. It was resolved at version 15.2 and now it also doesn’t work for me.
only way is via USB
so looks like they fixed it in 15.2 and broke it again in 15.3+
and they act like they don’t know.
