I've been contacting Apple Developer support since last Friday because I am trying to open an individual apple developer account. I have opened 2 or 3 tickets and tried paying the $99 fee 2 times, 2 times I wasn't charged at all.
I haven't got any reply to the support tickets and I don't know what to do...
