Unable to launch app from CarPlay

Hi, I have a media app that works fine when it is launched from the phone and the menu buttons work perfectly. However the reverse scenario does not work i.e. if the app is not launched on phone but the App icon shows up on the screen - clicking on the icon does not launch the app. Any ideas what could be going on? Thanks

Unable to launch an app from Car Play

Hi I see the icon for my app on the CarPlay dashboard but I am unable to launch the app from the CarPlay dashboard controls using my car's controls. However if the app is launched on the phone - Car Play detects it and I can control the app from the Car controls. Any ideas what could be going on? Thanks

Need to escalate App Review

The App reviewer is unable to understand the issue and seems to be using a standard response to the issue. Anyone knows of a phone number or email where I can reach level 2 or level 3 support?
