Latest Xcode 14 beta 3 also seems to have this issue

Things that I tried,
Tired Updating Xcode to the latest Version "14" and still no luck
also tried downloading the latest Xcode 14 beta release 2 (which was released on September /20 /2022)
but still no luck , getting the same error
