Thanks for the quick reply, after implementing as per document link you provided.

When app is killed / removed from background also user is going to change the allow tracking permission with out interacting the app.
Means from phone setting - apps - myapp - permission - allow tracking is off. then how app should know permission is denied.
Hope i conveyed the actual issue.
