Having the same issue: Links from Calendar containing phone numbers don't open the phone app when clicked, or even when long-hold and selecting "Call +1 (800) 555-5555".
Also in apps like the Southwest App, load a boarding pass, and then click the "Add to Wallet" button - that doesn't work either.
