it looks a bug in 14.2, the URL should not be changed, but it cannot open the URL for screencaption. Checked from the just see from the system file "/System/Library/PreferencePanes/Security.prefPane/Contents/Resources/PrivacyTCCServices.plis" the URL name is not changed.
