No, this is not an April Fool.
I have just updated from Catalina to Big Sur v11.2.3.
I keep getting the dreaded Cisco System Extension Blocked on startup.
I have deleted (uninstalled) the software and have followed the instructions for checking System Prefs Security and Privacy.
Cisco is not there. My dialog box looks much different than shown in the alert window. There is no "allow".
