User Profile

At login computer takes an hour to restart and than says there is an error. I tried recovery mode but iT didn't not start correctly - there was no proper screen to select options for the recovery, no disk utility, no terminal. Just an option to unlock my Macintosh HD but the password that worked on the login screen but did not work here. I even tried with apple id user to unlock it but it said that my apple id was not able to.
