unfortunately it has not fixed it for me. Was your latest an upgrade or a clean install?

even with "Allow accessories to connect" set to any option in the dropdown, it doesnt work still.
Thanks @oouzoo - that download fixed the Gemalto card reader for iPortal for Barclays too.
