Still no help they have been approved the app is approved but I just get a spinning wheel of doom on the pricing they say the in app purchases were removed by my team but my team says there are fine they work perfectly in sand box not sure what to do still waiting for a reply I have been shuffled around to a senior manager who kindly sent me a lovely copy and pasted note asking question like it was a bug from my side like how to reproduce the problem when the problem is in App Store connect and the manage in app purchase page when I clock on a returned in app purchase I get an everlasting spinning wheel so does my Programer it’s been days now please help we are considering the releasing the app with all the prices set $0 ( because we can’t change them) or just reloading the whole thing or releasing the app and submitting a TS report or adding the same In App purchases as though they are new ones. any ideas folks

I am not the programmer of my app I would really like to point the great person doing the programming In the right direction. is it possible? yes or no would be fine. i see the need for restore in app purchases if you buy a new phone and my app has that but I would love not to have to go through this process every time I open it.
