I also have this issue as well as inability to clear my purchase history for my sandbox account as well as testflight. Please I really need help with this.

Im also having this issue. I'm unable to clear my purchase history.
After 13 renewals does an account somehow expire or is unusable? I'm unable to clear the history on it. I don't want to create new email addresses every time I want to test.
I think there may be a separate sandbox account for each new build. I signed out of my sandbox so that the subscription purchase works. It signs into possibly a new sandbox for the new build.
Is this happening in testflight or production? I've had something similar happen, when I signed out of sandbox the transaction finally appeared in the app. I think there needs to be more attention to this.
