Correct. I'd like to proxy only some requests. Or at least, to be able to resolve DNS request within the extension (if I do so currently, the request I made within the extension using res_send is forwarded to my proxy…)

We have reports of several of our customers having this issue. Have you any idea of what could cause this problem? This folder is protected by SIP so no one except Apple should be allowed to modify flags of this folder, right?
I have a slightly different problem: I can't make replication work.
sudo asr restore --source / --target /Volumes/BB --erase

or

Indeed, APFS seal seems broken on my system volume. But I don't know what could have broke this seal, how to fix that, and why it prevents completely volume replication from working

I just installed beta 7, and there are some improvements: my startup disk is now correctly sealed.
I tried with "toSnapshot" option on beta 7, and it's better: I can see a different error :)

I also noticed that other vendors have the same problem. Let's hope it will be fixed for GM.

In beta 9, asr did almost work. By almost, I mean that the command succeeded, but the resulting volume is still not bootable.
But there is a regression in beta 10 : the command failed. I tried several options, but it's ending on a failure on:
"Couldn't embed the APFS EFI driver - erreur 49174"
I hope this is not the GM…
