In the case of certain apps, I confirmed that when I connected the Bluetooth of the vehicle, local notification is activated in the app and the app processor automatically runs when Bluetooth is connected. How can I do that?

Hello,
It was confirmed that notification came when the user connected a specific Bluetooth in the app and the Bluetooth was connected to the mobile phone after the application was forcibly terminated.
I wonder how that is possible.
