I discovered a temporary fix, since the Komplete Kontrol M32 controller connects and sometimes don't in Logic Pro X I've notice when I open the Komplete Kontrol in standalone, close it, then open Logic it connects every time. I created a template with Logic with  komplete kontrol as a plugin, the controller connects every time.  My opinion is that Native Instruments still have a ways to go with the compatibility of MacOS Monterey,  at the same time, I wish Apple work with Native Instruments to help fix these issues.
