I am currently having the same problem with M1 machine macOS Monterey, Xcode 13.1.
Archived was succeed, but organizer window didn't appear, when I try to open archived file inside finder, I can find only BCSymbolMaps, Products, and dSYMs. Any ideas to solve this ?
