I am also seeing this on iOS 15, and tracking it down, we do use a third party crash reporter (Firebase) but oddly we didn't update it in the latest update when this crash started occuring.
I'll report back any findings I come up with to this thread and file a Feedback if it's something we need Apple to fix.
