Same PROBLEM when I run xcode on test iphone CPU uses more than 300+% CPU NOT FIXES, Battery is gets lower fast. temp is high, fans are loud.

I even talked with the tech guys on apple help service,
they said there is no problem but how then why is it uses 500% CPU, when normally it has to use lower than 100?
