Hi all. I had this problem up to a moment ago. I turned off background services, turned off location services, turned on auto brightness, deleted any unused apps, turned off optimised battery charging (selected 24 hours/tomorrow) closed all extra windows in the background. my background app refresh was already turned off so that can’t have been my issue but maybe it’s worth you all trying that. i didn’t restart my phone, but I did charge it back to 100%. thank you all.
