Same problem of battery and Fan.
With Catalina : 4. hours with on battery
1 hours to charge it
Fan at full speed with more than 90% CPU
With BigSur : 1 hours on battery
2 hours to charge it
Fan at full speed with more than 30% CPU !!!
Service Required on battery
I called support and they told me to change the battery !
SMC reset with no effect. It's a joke.
