Tab Groups disappeared on Safari Quit. I spent 4 hours organizing Tab Groups and they just disappeared. This means the open tabs I had converted to Tab Groups are now gone, vanished.
Fortunately, I used SessionRestore macOS app and have retained my original tabs, but I will have to start over again and reorganize. This is likely 8 hours lost.
This was NOT a beta version > Safari Public Release Version 15.0 (16612.1.29.41.4, 16612)

The file name I downloaded is named "domain-association-file-live"
a. mysite. com/.well-known/apple-developer-merchantid-domain-association/domain-association-file-live
b. mysite. com/.well-known/apple-developer-merchantid-domain-association and rename file "domain-association-file-live" to "apple-developer-merchantid-domain-association"
