I want to reset my iPhone to send it in. First off it won’t let me sign out of my iCloud for some reason, like the sign out button is grey instead of blue. But when I put my password in for iCloud to erase all settings and content it says “Verification Failed” and “This operation couldn’t be completed. (AKAuthenticationError error -7005.) Please help.
