I also have the same issue in iOS 16.0.2 (20A380) and Xcode 14.0.1 (14A400).
I didn't have this problem with iOS 15 and Xcode 13 so something new is causing this, my code hasn't changed.
I can also re-create the issue with a simple DatePicker.
