I tried different cards, different banks, different accaunts, different countries (Russia, Belarus), different browsers, different devices, etc. nothing helps. Correspondence with support is answered once a week and i think this the robot answers the mine letters, because takes my proposal out of context and writes the same thing - please check the error in the bank, etc. I continue to fight.
